Cecil College and SSCT host 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo Aug. 5
Cecil College and Senior Services & Community Transit present the eighth annual 55+ Healthy Lifestyle Expo from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 5, at Rising Sun High School in North East, Md.
Workshops will be held on a variety of topics, including “Estate Planning 101,” “Jazzercise Lite,” “What You See Isn’t Always What You Get,” “Keeping You Safe,” “Drawing Basics,” “Getting What You Need for You and Your Family,” “Elder Law,” “Tai Chi for Arthritis,” “Aging with Dignity and Purpose in a Digital World,” “How did I Get to be So Grumpy?,” “Advance Funeral Preparations,” “Social Networking – It’s for Everyone,” “Senior Network,” “Straight Talk for Seniors on Health Reform,” “What you should do in the Current Real Estate Market,” “Tips for Green Housekeeping!,” and “Eating your Way to Better Health.”
