CECIL COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPORTS
On November 25th, 2009 at approximately 2:00 a.m., Dfc. Gregory Hall was on routine patrol when he observed two male juveniles dressed in all dark clothing walking north on Appleton Road, Elkton, Md. Dfc. Hall stopped the individuals and inquired what they were doing out. They gave no reason other than they were just out for a walk. Dfc. Hall noticed that one of the juveniles a sixteen year old dropped what appeared to be a GPS to the ground. As back-up deputies arrived on scene a search of second seventeen year old suspect revealed that he had cell phones, cigarettes, and a large quantity of loose change in his pockets. The GPS unit was tracked to it’s owner in the 300 block of Appleton Road. Deputies made contact with the owner who found that there car had been entered and the cell phones and GPS was missing. Both juveniles were transported to the Sheriff’s Office. Both juveniles were turned over to there guardians and released. They were referred to Juvenile Service’s and charged with the following:

Elkton, Md.
Suspect #2 16 year old
Unit Block of South Navajo Trail
Elkton, Md.
Each were charged with Motor vehicle tampering, and theft
